In this workshop, we will learn the difference between active and passive flexibility training and practice examples of each.

At the end of this workshop we will explore how contortion skills apply to creating various shapes and flows in your pole practice. We will also learn how to hone aesthetically pleasing shapes in the body to create images that reference classical art, golden ratios, and more!
