What is the MINDBODYSPIRIT Collective?

The mind body spirit collective is a new movement community for women, femmes, and non-binary folks. We operate on the basis of mutual accountability; we hold each other accountable to integrating movement, self-reflection, and positive mindset work into our daily lives. We offer enrollments in movement communities on both a monthly basis and a one-off basis.

WHAT IS THE YOGA PROGRAM?

Are you feeling stuck and need a little extra motivation to get into a consistent and disciplined movement practice?

This yoga program is for women, femmes, & non-binary folks who want to:


— deepen their relationship to the physical self through yoga + flexibility training

— rewire their mind to have an abundance mindset with daily positive affirmations

— learn about food & diet as powerful healing tools


And do it all in an uplifting community setting!

During the program you will be in a group chat led by an MBS Collective instructor. There are daily check-ins, reflections, and members share + celebrate progress together.

You will gain access to daily classes taught live on Zoom. If you have a busy schedule or live in a different time zone, no worries! All classes are downloaded and saved to the MBS Collective class archive so you can complete them at any time, from anywhere!

You will also get your very own E-Guide: a manual, workbook, journal, and creative space all in one. The guide includes information about the historical context + spiritual practice of yoga, daily journaling prompts, and curated writings + reflections on self-love and self-expression through movement.

Think of this as a 3-week hype group to hold you accountable to incorporating movement into your life + developing new habits. We are here to support you and uplift you!

I JUST WANNA TAKE YOGA CLASSES! WHAT DO I DO IF I JUST WANT ACCESS TO ALL THE MBSC CLASSES, WITHOUT THE MUTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP?

We got you! There are TWO TIERS OF ENROLLMENT in the 21-day program. Tier 1 includes the mutual accountability group. Tier 2 is just access to classes on-demand, plus the whole archive of previously taught classes!

WHAT IS THE SHAPESHIFTER CLASS? WHY?

The shapeshifter series is a series of pop-up flexibility workshops taught by Cami on Zoom. Right now there are 2 shapeshifter workshops available for purchase-- splits shapes and back shapes!

Each class is a little over an hour long. Remember flexibility is not a skill you learn overnight but rather a practice you develop with time, dedication, and consistency. These workshops are designed to give you all the tools you need to deepen your flexibility + mobility over time!

ARE THESE PROGRAMS FOR ALL LEVELS?

Yes! Each offering is designed with care and love to be accessible to movers of all experience levels, with the exception of the 21-day pole collective, which is catered towards beginner pole dancers.

WHAT IF I WORK OR LIVE IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE AND CAN’T MAKE CLASS?

No worries if you can’t make it live! Every single Zoom class offering is saved and uploaded to our class gallery so that you can access the classes and take them at any time, from anywhere.

CAN I ENROLL IN MBSC MONTH AFTER MONTH?

Yes! There have been many folks who have participated in an MBSC program every single month! Each month focuses on different themes/chakras/flexibility goals. We are constantly cultivating new skills, and each collective is a different experience. You are always welcome back!
