Double Vision: A Partnered Pole Workshop
Get ready to move in harmony, build trust, and create magic with a partner in this two-hour doubles pole workshop. We’ll explore the art of improvisation, shared movement, and shape creation—focusing on flow, balance, communication, and complementing one another’s strengths. Whether you're mirroring, counterbalancing, or lifting each other up (literally and figuratively), this workshop is about connection, creativity, and play.
We’ll cover tools for respectful boundary setting, clear communication, and building confidence in both giving and receiving support. While having a partner is encouraged, it’s absolutely not required—solo sign-ups are welcome and will be paired!
Prerequisites: Must be comfortable with climbs and inverts.
Beginner-friendly modifications and partner drills will be offered to help newer dancers grow in their spatial awareness, musicality, and responsiveness.
✨ Bonus: All participants will receive one free ticket to our July 11th showcase!
