MUSE YOURSELF
First, sweat it out on the mat. Then, learn how to make visual masterpieces with just your body and your iPhone. We are going to unleash the baddie within you!
YOUR BODY IS ART. Let’s learn how to celebrate this fact through the art of shapeshifting in the body, and learning how to make visual collages — digital art relics that celebrate the power of the femme form!
This 2-hour flexibility training workshop combines methodologies used in yoga, breath work, and contortion training to help your body increase flexibility and mobility.
In this workshop, we will learn the difference between active and passive flexibility training and practice examples of each.
In the second half of this workshop we will explore how contortion skills apply to creating various shapes and flows in your movement practice. We will also learn how to hone aesthetically pleasing shapes in the body to create images that reference classical art, golden ratios, and more!
